The Bakery and Pastry sector is called upon to overcome the existing unprecedented difficulties but, most importantly, to set the basis for a new more hopeful era. Within this volatile but at the same time full of opportunities environment, where Bakery and Pastry enterprises should redefine their existence, ARTOZA 2023 guarantees that it will become a springboard to progress and it will also help the sector adapt and shield itself against future challenges.
