Latte Art & Ibrik masters competed at ARTOZA
Talented and experienced baristas demonstrated their skills in the art of coffee and competed for the top spot.
On the stage of the ARTOZA Lab in Hall 2, the Panhellenic Latte Art and Ibrik Coffee Championships by SCA Greece were held on Friday, March 3rd. Latte Art is the method in which the barista, pouring frothed milk into the espresso, creates different designs on its surface. In other words, he processes the milk with the appropriate techniques in order to combine it with coffee, to prepare, but mainly to decorate his drinks. At the same time, the contestants in the Ibrik competition demonstrated their skills in roasting coffee using the traditional technique in the kettle and on low heat.

The winners of the Ibrik 2023 competition are: Dimitris Karabas (1st place), Iosif Davidis (2nd place) and Giannis Seretis (3rd place) and the winners of the Latte Art 2023 competition are: Apostolos Adamopoulos (1st place), Haris Ιfantis (2nd place) and Stefosis Giannis (3rd place). The winners will represent Greece in the respective world championships.
