Modern trends & innovative techniques at Masterclasses
From March 3-6, Masterclasses will be held on the main stage of Hall 2 at Metropolitan Expo, within the framework of the 18th ARTOZA.
For four days, leading bakers and confectioners from Greece and abroad will present innovative proposals for recipes and products, which can make a difference and boost the sales of a business. The invited bakers and pastry chefs, through the live culinary demonstrations, will highlight the entire modern range of products, trends and services available to the modern industry professional, both in terms of creation and know-how, as well as in terms of organization and upgrading a business.
In particular, the Masterclasses will present, among others: individual sweets (in regular, vegetarian and vegan versions), fig tart (sugar-free and gluten-free), ice cream-filled bun, almond tart with local ingredients, three suggestions for individual sweets in different shapes for catering, Japanese brioche sandwich, panettone, restaurant sweets, specialized chocolate preparations (such as chocolate truffles, bars, dragees, etc.), sandwiches with Greek PDO products of high nutritional value, creations of the modern artistic bakery with slow-rising dough, presentation of the preparation of an upside-down puff pastry, accompanying sweets for coffee or cannelés de Bordeaux, vegan ice cream, filled sourdough breads, healthy snacks for children and various pizza and/or peinirli (pizza boat) preparations.
In conclusion, the Masterclasses stage will once again gather the industry professionals, who want to stay up to date and discover new techniques and special sweet and savory creations that they will make their business more competitive.
