More modern, more outward-looking, more innovative, and more refreshed than ever, the landmark trade fair once again proved its superiority, enchanting all who visited it.
With 25,477 professionals from all over the world, ARTOZA 2025 broke all attendance records! The 19th ARTOZA concluded with triumphant success, attracting visitors from every corner of Greece, such as Patras, Xanthi, Karditsa, Kalamata, Volos, Chalkida, Crete, Kalavryta, and from various countries of the world, such as Portugal, Armenia, Estonia, Tajikistan, and Egypt. This proves that all those who traveled many kilometers to pass through the gates of ARTOZA once again demonstrated their timeless support and trust in the exhibition.
Visitors were thrilled as they had the opportunity to make business contacts and agreements, attend educational events, discover new recipes, and experience the enthusiastic atmosphere that prevailed for 4 days, full of passion and innovation. Indeed, this year ARTOZA managed to bring together all generations of bakers and pastry chefs, creating a unique nostalgic atmosphere of collaboration and exchange of ideas.
The participation of 220 top exhibitors once again proves their timeless commitment to the largest Bakery and Pastry exhibition in the country. The business-oriented visitors who flooded the exhibition center for all 4 days expressed their absolute satisfaction with the variety and quality of the exhibits, the range of options and solutions offered for every business need, and for various budgets. At the same time, they were particularly impressed by the original ideas and interesting proposals presented at the special events. It is worth noting that in addition to professionals in the bakery and pastry industry, many owners and executives from hotel units and cafes also visited the exhibition, leading to the creation of business contacts between exhibitors and a new dynamic audience that they may not have had in their clientele until now.
Enthusiastic Hosted Buyers
The 200 Hosted Buyers were impressed by the excellent organization of the exhibition and expressed their complete satisfaction. During the 4 days, they conducted more than 3,000 scheduled B2B meetings with exhibitors, enhancing ARTOZA’s outward-looking approach. Specifically, the Hosted Buyers came from target markets such as Egypt, Israel, Lebanon, Jordan, as well as from European countries such as Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Turkey, Bulgaria, Albania, and Moldova.
Flood of visitors at Special Events
The special events were an unprecedented success, with the specially designed stages being packed with people for all 4 days. Visitors received valuable advice, knowledge, techniques, and ideas, while watching all the latest global trends. On the Masterclasses stage, top bakers and pastry chefs presented their unique culinary proposals, enchanting the visitors. They all presented innovative proposals for recipes and products that can boost a business’s sales. At ARTOZA Lab, distinguished speakers and market executives gave presentations and talks on marketing and management, as well as all business issues that lead to a successful business and shape the future of the industry.
Additionally, for the first time, the exhibition created a specially designed area known as Coffee Village, hosting top supply companies from the entire coffee spectrum – high-quality coffee specialties, selected varieties from around the world, high-performance professional machines, and equipment – aiming to enhance the customer experience and simultaneously the profitability of their business.
In the neighborhood of Coffee Village was the Stage where the Panhellenic Championships of Latte Art, Ibrik, and Cup Tasters by SCA Greece took place. The aim of the exhibition was to build a bridge between the coffee sector and the bakery-pastry sectors, creating business prospects for their professionals.
Top meeting point for industry stakeholders
Once again, ARTOZA was the top meeting point for important industry stakeholders. The Federation of Greek Bakers (OAE) held its Board of Directors meeting and the gathering of local association presidents, while the Board of Directors of the Federation of Greek Confectioners (OEZE) was held with the presence of many Presidents from the Member Associations of OEZE.
We thank all the professionals and supply companies in the industry who trusted us once again and we renew our appointment for 2027! Be there again!
