ARTOZA is a key commercial meeting of the professionals of the Balkan region. ARTOZA 2023, wanting to further develop its international character and orientation, has formulate a dynamic hosted buyer program. 185 important businessmen of the sector from target markets such as Cyprus, Kazakhstan, United Arab Emirates, North Macedonia, India, Kyrgyzstan, Egypt, Israel, Lebanon, Jordan, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Turkey, Bulgaria, Albania, Iraq, England, Sri Lanka, Algeria, Denmark, etc., during all four days of the exhibition, will hold more than 2,000 b2b meetings with the exhibitors.
Parallel events that will inspire and inform
As part of the Masterclasses of the exhibition, on the stage of Hall 2, for four days leading bakers and confectioners from Greece and abroad will present innovative proposals for recipes and products, which can make a difference and boost the sales of a business. The guest bakers and pastry chefs, through the live culinary demonstrations, will highlight the entire range of products, trends and services available to the modern industry professional, both in terms of creation and know-how, as well as in terms of organization and upgrading a business.
Acclaimed marker experts during the ARTOZA Lab, will discuss about various topics on the stage of Hall 2, such as: Staff management, ways to increase sales, dealing with competition, cost efficiency, social media promotion, branding, digitalization etc.
Also, on the stage of the ARTOZA Lab in Hall 2, the Hellenic Association of Food Technologists (EL.A.F.T) conference will be held, where chocolate, puff pastry, ice cream and slow-ripening sourdoughs will be put under the microscope by food technologist scientists as well as experienced professionals, who will present possible problems in handling them, giving the appropriate solutions. Finally, on the same stage for the first time in their history, the Panhellenic Latte Art and Ibrik Championships Championships, will be held by SCA Greece. The winners of these competitions will represent Greece in the respective world championships in 2023.
