The Board of Directors of the Federation of Greek Confectioners (OEZE) was held on November 15th at the 17th ARTOZA and especially at the conference center of the Metropolitan Expo. During the meeting, the Chairman of the Board, Mr. Ioannis Glykos, informed the members about the prospect of expanding the cooperation with FORUM SA. “This year ARTOZA was conducted successfully despite the current measures for covid-19. Furthermore, after an excellent cooperation -for more than 20 years until today – the prospect of expanding the cooperation with FORUM SA is undoubtedly a positive development”, said the president of OEZE.
On his part, the vice-president of OEZE, Mr. Makarios Papadopoulos underlined: “What was valuable in ARTOZA this year was the large number of important professionals of the sector and businessmen of the sector that visited the exhibition.”
Regarding the other issues of the Board, the speech of Mr. Kostas Koumakis stood out, as he informed the members about the new confectionery museum that started operating in Crete: “There are 300 exhibits in the museum, 32 of which are unique in the world”, pointed out Mr. Koumakis.
Finally, the President Mr. Glykos informed the members in detail about the program “Development of human resources skills in the bakery – Confectionery sector”, while at the same time he announced that the procedures for the upcoming conference of the Federation in Trikala (May 27-29) are progressing well.
