A recent online survey regarding ΑRTOZA 2021, shows that the vast majority of visitors fully support the key exhibition for the bakery and pastry industry in the Balkan region.
ARTOZA, one of the most powerful and most specialized exhibitions in Greece and one of the most recognized of its kind worldwide, returns on 12-15 November 2021, with physical presence of exhibitors and visitors, along with FOODTECH, the premium food equipment and technology trade show.
FORUM SA, in order to see the intention of professionals in the Bakery and Patisserie industry to visit the 2021 fair, conducted an online survey which took place between 6/5 – 18/5/2021 with the participation of 944 visitors, of whom 19.9% had not attended the previous event.

How likely is it to visit ARTOZA 2021?
Alongside the physical trade show, the ARTOZA digital platform will also operate. In case you will not be able to visit the physical exhibition, do you intend to register at the platform and get in touch with the exhibitors?
The exceedingly positive results of the survey, with the vast majority of 93.7% of the participants stating that they are likely to visit ARTOZA, shows the impact of the exhibition and how urgently the industry needs it and also foreshadow the commercial success of the trade show. At this point, it is worth noting that 86.2% of respondents believe that, based on the ever-increasing vaccination pace, in November the health conditions will allow the safe organization of the physical trade show.
An important result that confirms the decision of the organizing company to organize the ARTOZA exhibition in parallel with the FOODTECH exhibition, is that 85.8% believe that the co-organization of these two exhibitions will highlight the important synergies that arise for the market. Finally, 73.9% of respondents state that if they will not be able to visit the event in person, they will use the digital platform of ARTOZA 2021, to get in direct contact with exhibitors and have one-to-one meetings with them via video calls.
